: Describe yourself in 10 words or less.

's client services director before becoming managing director in 1998. Armed with a Computer Science degree and experience gleaned at Ask and Tricom, Angela took a year out to realise a lifelong ambition of serving as a police officer before returning to IT. A: Energetic, enthusiastic, decisive, determined and fair.

Q: What has been your proudest moment in sales?

A: Closing the Action Computer deal at £2.1 million in mid-1998. It was the largest Masterpack deal ever.

Q: What (if anything) makes you laugh at work?

A: Lots! People taking the mickey out of me; tales from sales and services - for example, one of our salesman went through the ceiling of the house he was supposedly renovating; our footie team in action; the company newsletter ...

Q: What is your greatest contribution to your current workplace?

A: Creating and maintaining the value of the customer.

I have created a seamless organisation where the customer and employees are king. Our organisation chart has me at the bottom, the customer at the top, with customer-facing personnel next.

Q: What aspect of your personality is to your greatest advantage in business?

A: My thirst for knowledge, especially about markets and business. Learning from experience.

Q: What would make you dislike a client?

A: Not listening to your advice and then continually blaming you for their own problems - of their own making. Fortunately, I only have a few clients who fall into this category and they know who they are!

Q: What has been your brightest business idea?

A: Five years ago I wanted to make every client referenceable. This in itself has brought opportunities knocking and earned me a reputation with our clients and employees. I phone our clients regularly and ask them to tell me what we have done well and what we have done badly.

Q: When are you at your best? On the phone, face-to-face or in writing?

A: Face to face. I can gauge the person more, due to their facial expressions.

Q: Are you a good manager? Why?

A: Yes, I enjoy coaching others to achieve their ambitions and goals. I value suggestions from staff and customers.

Q: Whose job would you like to have?

A: Martin Cousins, the sports commentator for FIS world cup skiing on Eurosport.

Q: In a sentence, tell me why I should work for your company.

A: We are a fast-growing solutions provider that works as a fun-loving team focused on our customers.

Q: If you were to set up your dream business (for fun, not profit) what would it be?

A: A martial arts school to help teach children self-reliance.

Q: What's the best piece of advice you've ever been given and did you take it?

A: Follow your dreams and they will come true. I believe that visualising an achievement is 50% of achieving it.

When training for the London marathon, I visualised passing the gates of Buckingham Palace and what that moment was going to feel like and it drove me to success.

Q: What would an enemy fear about you?

A: Confidence and determination. As a kick-boxing instructor, the same is true in business as in the ring!

Q: What work of art do you wish you'd created?

A: St Peter's in Rome.

Q: In what circumstances would you tell a lie?

A: None. I believe the truth is important at all times.

Q: What's the most enjoyable way to gamble?

A: Going to the races. I have only been once and I lost, but it was great fun.

Q: If you could go back and change one thing about your career, what would it be?

A: Nothing. I have enjoyed it all and each piece has contributed to my success today.

Q: Name something you'd like to have experienced before you die.

A: Walking the Himalayas into Tibet; speaking a foreign language fluently; having a golf handicap in single figures.

Q: What would you like your last words to be?

A: I've had the best time and all good things come to an end.
