- £1 million sales prior to launching the IT Network.

- Good jokes.

- Empowerment of all staff.

What aspect of your personality is to your greatest advantage in business?

- Energy.

What would make you dislike a client?

- One looking for a win-lose deal.

What's been your brightest business idea?

- Not charging by CPM, but focusing on the quality of our user base.

When are you at your best? On the phone, face-to-face or in writing?

- None of the above.

Whose job would you like to have?

- Someone young, popular and healthy who had been really successful.

- We're driving change - not reacting to it.

Are you a good manager? Why?

- Because people believe the vision.

If you were to set up your dream business (for fun, not profit) what would it be?

- A theme park for furry animals.

What's the best piece of advice you've ever been given and did you take it?

- Get a cat, not a dog. There's no time for dogs if you're running an Internet business.

- The deadly weapon hidden in my briefcase ...

- Well-cooked, herb-crusted rack of lamb.

- To double-bluff a liar.

- On a beach, with a cocktail and my best mates.

- Nothing - I'm 30 years old and having a ball.
